Make a shaft with grooves (45 degrees on both sides) from a steel rod with a cross-section of 18 mm.
For carrots, it is enough to make 6-8 recesses with a diameter of up to 0.4 mm on the shaft. If large-seeded crops are sown, this diameter should be 0.6 mm. The optimal step between rows is 20 mm, the recesses should be made in a checkerboard pattern.
Cut the wheel rims with a hacksaw. You should act towards the center in areas along the center line of the holes, the diameter of which is 10 mm. There should be 12 cuts. To bend the petal, use pliers, the bend should be outward.
Cut hubs from metal (1 mm), bend them and solder them into the holes of disks with a diameter of 20 mm.
The assembly of the device is carried out according to the following principle: the body is put on the shaft, then the wheels, parts are fixed and a wooden handle is installed.
