I did everything as it seemed good to me, that’s all)) Why without welding - because I don’t have a welding machine, but to cross paths with some familiar welder, Uncle Vanya, explain everything to him, wait until he and I have free time ... in short, it’s easier to do everything yourself, efficiently and slowly at your own pace! Here's what happened:

Further details about everything... A jamb from a double metal door was found, it was carefully sawed into pieces of corners 1 m long. This actually became the main material for the product. We also bought bolts with a diameter of 4, 10 and 12; metal drills 4, 10, 8 and 12 are also needed; grinder and drill. I sawed the corners into pieces of the required length, adjusted all the dimensions to fit my suzuki rf400 motorcycle, if anyone needs it, here are the dimensions and an approximate drawing: The main thing here is that the left and right parts of the tackle are the same, otherwise when lifting the motorcycle it will tilt to the side. Next comes the most difficult stage - drilling the connecting holes (I'm honestly stuck here): How I did it:

  1. I took two parts of the tackle - left and right (this is so that the holes on opposite parts of the tackle are in the same places)
  2. connected them evenly, and drilled holes in two technological holes at once with a 4-point drill, then twisted them with small bolts
  3. After this, you can already drill the main holes without fear that the drill on one of the parts will go away and the holes will be crooked, i.e. we get one part a mirror copy of the other
  4. drilling - first I drilled with a four-piece drill, then I drilled out with a ten-piece - this is faster than with a ten at once (also, according to my idea, the rear pendulum should be supported by long bolts of 12, under them I drilled with drills first 4 then 8 then 10 and then 12)
  5. I’ll also note that when drilling a hole with a larger drill, there is a very strong vibration in the drill; I broke two drills, 10 and 8, watch carefully
  6. and at the final stage everything was twisted and assembled

Design features: the tackle must be able to hold both the rear and the front wheel: with the rear, everything is simple - long bolts of 12 are screwed into the vertical posts and they hold the pendulum. But with the front, everything is more complicated - for them we had to make additional rectangular fasteners, which were screwed to the vertical ones the stand of the trolley above the bolts are 12. The electrical tape here holds only the elastic band, which is needed as a layer between the trolley and the front fork of the motorcycle, for softness there are
